This paper analyses the co-constructive, solution-oriented actions in collegial case consultation among international teachers of German as a foreign language in the professional training context. It provides interaction-analytical insights into the co-constructive dynamics during the phases of collegial analytical problem exploration, collaborative hypothesis formation and solution development. The study highlights the benefits of analytical synergies and innovation potential, as well as some of the challenges. The systematic integration of this method into teacher training and the focused development of teachers' interactional competence for co-constructive and innovation-oriented interaction can promote sustainable development processes, innovation and professionalisation.
