This critically reflective report examines the design, implementation, and challenges of a blended-learning professional development program for German as a Foreign Language (GFL) instructors in Indonesia within the global Dhoch3 framework. Implementation considered country-specific factors such as geographical disparities and didactic traditions. The program aimed to strengthen participants’ media-didactic competencies and support the integration of modern technologies into teaching. Close collaboration with local stakeholders was crucial for success and promoted exchange among GFL instructors across universities. Dhoch3 has significant long-term potential for further qualifying GFL instructors in Indonesia, though more intensive training in digital pedagogy is needed.Downloads
